Your home as the stage of the evening.
Luxury Brand Concept plans villa parties, villa openings and private dinners in Mallorca, for example when you have just bought a villa or finished building your new home. We turn a private villa or finca into a venue, with concept, catering, chef, entertainment, decor, light and sound, and we coordinate suppliers and timing so the hosts can be guests at their own party.

Frequently asked questions
We have just bought or finished building a villa. Can you plan an opening party?
Yes. A villa opening is one of our favourite formats: we develop a concept that shows the house at its best, from the arrival of the guests to music, catering and a personal look for the evening.
Can you organise an event in a rented villa?
Yes, as long as the villa's rules allow events. We clarify the requirements with the owner or agency in advance.
Do you take care of catering and staff?
Yes. We bring in chefs, caterers, bar teams and service staff who fit the format.
What about noise and neighbours?
We plan music and timing so they fit the location and local rules, and we advise you on this in the first meeting.
Can a villa opening also be a business event?
Yes. Villa openings for developers or owners can be staged as an open house event. See our Real Estate page.
