On Sunday, 25 October 2026, Il Chiringo Sunset in Costa de la Calma said goodbye to the summer with the Flower Power Closing Party. Together with the team of the Il Chiringo group, Luxury Brand Concept created the whole event: the concept, the decoration, the entertainment, the guest management, the marketing and the content.
From the season opening to the season closing
In spring we celebrated the season opening of Chiringo Sunset under new ownership with 380 registered guests. Thanks to the newsletter sign up built into the invitations, many guests registered for the closing party on that very night. The story of the season opening is in our references.
The concept: Flower Power by the sea
A closing party needs a theme that brings people together one last time before winter. We chose Flower Power: colour, music and a carefree summer feeling. Guests came with flower crowns, leis and colourful outfits, and the sunset over the bay of Costa de la Calma did the rest.
Decoration: stay groovy
Hand painted banners and signs in seventies style set the tone: Stay Groovy, Make Love Not War, Spread Love Like Wildflowers and Here Comes the Sun. Flowers, colourful details and garlands of lights turned the terraces above the sea into a festival setting, from the bar to the DJ booth.
Entertainment from sunset to night
The music followed the light: relaxed sounds for the sunset, more energy on the dance floor as night fell. The highlight after dark was a fire show between the guests that kept everyone close to the stage.
Guest management, marketing and content
We promoted the party on Instagram with posts, stories and short videos in one consistent look and managed the guest list: in the end 360 guests registered for the party. When the weather forced us to move the date from 18 to 25 October, the new date went out on all channels right away. On the night our team captured photos and videos for the next wave of content.
