Season closing of Il Chiringo Sunset in Costa de la Calma, Mallorca
After the season opening in spring, the Il Chiringo group asked us to close the summer at Il Chiringo Sunset just as memorably. The brief was one last big evening that brings the community back together before winter, at a beach location known for some of the most beautiful sunsets in the southwest of Mallorca. Our answer was Flower Power: a light, colourful theme that invites every guest to dress up and join in, and that looks just as good in photos and videos as it feels on the night.

Overall concept and Flower Power theme, event management in close collaboration with the Il Chiringo team, registration landing page and guest management, marketing on Instagram with posts, stories and short videos, decoration in seventies style with hand painted signs and flowers, entertainment with DJ and fire show, photo and video content
A few days before the original date of 18 October the weather forecast turned. Instead of risking an outdoor party in the rain, we decided together with the team to move the event by one week. Every registered guest was informed by email and could keep their place with a short reconfirmation, the new date went live on the registration page and on Instagram, and the complete production moved to Sunday, 25 October.
The new date paid off. Guests arrived in flower crowns and seventies outfits, the terraces above the bay filled up for the sunset, and after dark the fire show drew everyone to the front. The dance floor stayed busy well into the night. For Il Chiringo the evening closed the circle that began with the season opening: a guest community built over one summer, a strong last impression before winter and fresh content for the next season.
