"It's not a dinner. It's not a tasting. And we won't tell you what it is." That was all the invitation said, together with a date, 28 October 2026, and the promise of a private villa in Mallorca that you won't find on Google Maps. The address was only revealed after confirming. The host was Foodit Catering, a catering company from Ibiza that now also brings its experiences to Mallorca. The venue was the villa Terra Mallorca.
Arriving in the light of dusk
The evening started at 5 pm by the pool, between olive trees and palms, as the sun went down. Even the arrival was staged: calm, elegant and with plenty of space to settle into the night.
Act one: an elegant sushi display
The opening was a sushi display arranged on glass and moss, with oysters on ice and chefs working right in front of the guests. A picture you want to photograph before you taste.

Act two: Italian flair under an olive tree
Then the evening moved into the garden. Under a large, illuminated olive tree, an Italian food experience was waiting: burrata, tomatoes, cheese, fresh vegetables and a pizza oven, with live music at a white grand piano. Food was not served here, it was experienced.

Act three: the seated dinner
To close, everyone sat down at a long table under white drapes, with candles and delicate floral installations. After strolling through the stations, the shared dinner was the moment when guests became one table.

Networking with event planners and venue owners
For us it was also a working evening in the best sense. Together with my business partner I exchanged ideas on the latest trends with event planners and met the owners of several event venues in Mallorca. These are exactly the contacts that make a difference when we look for the right venue for our clients, especially the ones you cannot find anywhere else.

What we take away for our events
- Experience over menu: an evening in several acts, with stations in different places, keeps guests moving and talking.
- Mystery works: a secret location revealed only after confirming turns the invitation itself into an experience.
- Food as a stage: live stations where chefs cook and plate in front of the guests are entertainment and photo moment at once.
- Music that leads the space: live vocals at the piano in the garden and a DJ later in the evening give every act its mood.
- Details worth photographing: floral installations, candles and drapes turn a table into a place people talk about.
This is exactly how we think about our own events: as an experience with love for detail, not as an agenda item. Whether a corporate event, a villa party or a corporate Christmas party in Mallorca, we find the right venue and bring together the team behind it.
