A Christmas celebration for Xclusive Mallorca, Art Vybes and Tintorera
Three Mallorcan brands, one shared Christmas party and 350 guests. Xclusive Mallorca, Art Vybes and Tintorera wanted an evening that felt nothing like a typical company Christmas dinner. Our concept carried the theme “The Last Supper”. With artworks by Art Vybes on every wall, Tintorera turned into a gallery for one night, and every detail, from the welcome to the buffet, told the same story.

Concept design, event management, invitation design, guest registration management, elegant concierge hostesses, art installation with Art Vybes, buffet and photocall styled as “The Last Supper”, aerial silk performance, group dance show, catering coordination with Tintorera, goodie bags, content creation and joint social media posts
Elegant concierge hostesses, true to the spirit of Xclusive Mallorca, welcomed every guest in style. The buffet and the photocall were designed as a living “Last Supper”, so guests took home truly unique photos. An aerial silk artist floated gracefully from the ceiling, and a group performance with five dancers lifted the mood of the whole room, while Tintorera delighted everyone with its catering. At the end of the night, every guest went home with a curated goodie bag. Because we managed invitations and registrations, we knew our guests before they arrived. Afterwards, every partner received content for joint posts, multiplying the reach of the evening far beyond the night itself.
